We had an incredible ski getaway. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house was spacious and perfect for 4 couples. The house is in a fantastic location - a short walk to Park City and the bus stops across the street for the shuttle to Deer Valley.We would stay here again.

Had a great stay in Park City. Location was perfect and a very short distance from Main St. House was very clean and we all had a great time. No issues.

Under 10 min walk to town lift - couldn't ask for a better location. Lots of space, many bathrooms, great place for a few friends or a couple of families.

Our review is the same as the December review. The beds are uncomfortable, the home is very outdated and cluttered with lots of decorations that aren’t useful and take up space. You are made to feel like you are staying at a family members house full of knick knacks and not renting a VRBO. The front bedrooms closet is full of personal items and can’t be used. The furniture is very old and worn. The kitchen has granite counter tops and newer appliances but everything else is very outdated- pans are nearly unusable. The hot tub is covered by blue bubble wrap and doesn’t have a true cover that works. The location is excellent and the management service was responsive; however, when we return we wouldn’t rent here again based on the price and above feedback.

A couple of non-skiers in our group took advantage of Explorie activities which was nice for them. We had a few other issues, but Nicky with ITrip responded and resolved those problems quickly. Waiting on a small refund for inconvenience. We still enjoyed our stay and would stay again IF owners corrected these issues. A little updating would go a LONG way with this home!

Terrific location and layout. Walking to town, two masters, well equipped kitchen. Very nice stay. If you have someone in the den with the pull out couch.. they have an air mattress.

Good location, easy to get to deer valley, big enough for the family

It’s a very spacious nice house but is very dated. It fit our family of 7 nicely and was in a great location. LOTS OF STAIRS! You will definitely get your workout in this house. The things that were a bit of an inconvenience were the stove/oven is electric and was hard to cook on. All our food stuck to all the pots and pans which are very old anyway. The dishwasher and washer were kind of musty smelling. The twin bedroom doesn’t have much room for unpacking. The drawers were full of stuff and the hanging space was limited. The beds were also very old and the sheets were thin and stiff. Overall this house was great for us in terms we just slept and showered here. We did do some hanging out in the living room and had plenty of space to watch a movie and even do some puzzles at night.

The house is very spacious and accommodating to our family. There are a lot of stairs so be ready to get your workout on. The house is pretty dated overall, including the light fixtures and outlets. Great location to everything and pretty quiet.

This place felt like a home away from home. We had such a wonderful time. Thank you for letting us stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas week stay, and were more than pleased with the management company! Thank you iTrip for keeping us informed, and for a seamless check in/out procedure. We also appreciated the one free ski rental for the week thru Christy Sports! Property was as advertised, and clean, and provided lots of towels and supplies to get us through the week. Would definitely rent again from your company!

Overall we had a fantastic stay at Deere Valley Drive. We were a group of 6 old farts (55-66) who refuse to act our age :-). First, I would like to say how wonderful the customer service reps at iTrip were - the communication was wonderful and their response time to questions/concerns was impressive. Now to the actual property. The location is fabulous if you plan to take advantage of town as the walk to town is about only about 2 blocks! The bus picks you up with your gear one house up and drops you off directly across from the house. When you are taking the bus home - make sure to pull the dinger after you pass the first stop … you don’t want to miss it and have to walk a few blocks back down the hill with all your gear! The layout worked well for our group as we had two couples and two single guys. The couples each took a master while one guy took the twin room and the other took the den. We each had our own bathrooms which worked out well. The rooms were clean but the mattresses were not the most comfortable. There were mattress toppers in one of the masters and the twin room, but the mattress in the front master was mediocre at best and the poor guy that slept on the pullout had back issues by day 2! We finally decided to take the mattress topper from the 2nd twin and pull it down to the pullout, which helped a bit, but not much of a consolation. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, but beware of the microwave … it is about 16 years old and it is way more powerful than todays microwaves. For instance, if you would normally cook for 1 minute, check it after about 30 seconds. The kitchen table is awesome for large groups. We ended up using Stacey’s grocery service and I would highly recommend it. The service is not cheap, but well worth it!!! We ended up cooking in all but one night and found the supplies to be adequate for preparing family meals. The living room is comfortable and there were plenty of games and cards to keep us entertained. The furniture is dated, but adequate. We really enjoyed hanging out “family” style after a day on the slopes. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the location. We made a few recommendations -several of the knobs in the kitchen completely fell off, the towel rack in the downstairs bathroom fell apart, there was a chair in the dining room that was broken. Nothing that a small investment couldn’t fix and it would be 5 stars. We would rent again if items were fixed!

Great Property. We enjoyed walking to Main Street. Be prepared for lots of stairs in the property and dated furniture. Overall good value.

If you like staying in Old Town, this is good place for three couples or two small families. Overall easy rental and communication with property manager.

531 Deer Valley Drive was perfectly equipped for a relaxing and comfortable stay (You need to to be comfortable with two flights of stairs). We are discussing making this our Park City 'go to' place and would definitely refer this to our friends traveling to Park City. Proximity to town and position on the bus route was perfect for the six adults in our group. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for all cooking needs. We used Utah Ski and Golf at the Town lift to rent equipment and access to the mountain. They provided over-night storage and changed out equipment as we requested and their location across from High West was convenient for apres ski. Suggestions: Hot tub lid lift was broken and needs to be repaired, a tank-less hot water heater would be nice, didn't see instructions for but noticed the steam shower, saw three different trash-to-curb instructions which was confusing and all knives need to be sharpened.

The house was very close to town and convenient to two bus stops and Main Street. The kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to prepare family meals at home. But there were a few things that stood out that were disappointing. First, one of the king beds is so hard that we weren’t sure it was actually a mattress, or if we were even supposed to sleep on it. We managed but we didn’t have a choice. How difficult is it to supply a regular mattress? In the room with two twin beds, those beds were overly soft but at least they felt more like real beds. But the “nightstand” in between the beds is so wobbly it’s a hazard. And the lamp on the floor has a switch next to the lightbulb, under the shade, instead of a normal placement. So you have to unplug/plug the lamp to turn it off and on. And finally, there is a guest book in the family room with all kinds of phone numbers and information about taxis and car services. But none of the phone numbers or information were correct. It seems like a little bit of effort could go a long way for guests paying a premium to stay in this house.

Location was perfect for us and our 3 teenage boys. Walk to town was easy and it was great to have a garage to park our car. Interior was dated and would benefit with a refresh. A private Hot tub was great after a day on the slopes! Would definitely return but would more excited if interior was refreshed..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There is plenty of room for a family to enjoy time together in a cute little ski town. Shopping and restaurants were a 5 to 10 minute walk. The beds were very comfortable and the home was well stocked with everything one might need. We did not need to contact the property management team, but they checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is a good size and fully stocked with everything you could need. Very close to Main Street. Beds are comfortable. The fire place is not electric or gas. Not sure where I read that it was, just good to know you will have to build a fire, which was not a problem. We never needed to contact the property owners or management since everything went smoothly and entrance and exit was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Well laid out condo with plenty of space for a large family. Very comfortable and well maintained! Close to deer valley and PC mountain. With limited parking at the resorts the close proximity to bus stop was a huge plus.

PROS: 1. Good sized home and beds for 7-8 people; 2. Good water pressure; 3. Comfortable beds; 4. Plenty of garage/parking space; 5. Fantastic location; 6. Hot tub working great; 7. Comfortable living area with TV; 8. Lots of bathrooms (four full) really was nice to have; 9. Good price; 10. Great service from Itrip -- responsive and everything worked great as far as process goes. CONS: 1. The house and furnishings are worn and "dated" and need to be replaced/revamped with new furniture, paint, carpet, cabinets, appliances, etc. -- once this is done, you can get 5 stars and probably more money. In our view, it clearly would be worth the investment; 2. There were several broken chairs, which actually were dangerous; 3. The hot water ran out once. Overall we are very happy, but would look around for another place next time UNLESS this house was updated, in which case it would be a no-brainer for a party our size.

Property was even nicer than the listing suggested. Never stayed in a place with so many helpful and thoughtful little things in place. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time. Hot tub was in perfect working order. Convenient-location to everything. We did have a car and used that instead of public transportation due to covid concerns and more flexibility.

We rented the Deer valley property in Park City and it was absolutely fantastic. The place was clean and stocked with all essentials. In addition to that, I was able to contact management multiple times with questions regarding check in and out and was met with prompt responses each time. Cannot recommend iTrip enough!!

The location is great and the house is very comfortable and solid. We had one issue with the refrigerator handle which was taken care of quite promptly when we notified the iTrip management service. Our only other issue was the dishwasher not cleaning as well as we would have liked but not a big deal. Would stay again in the future.

This townhome was so comfortable and cozy! My family and I loved staying here. We stayed for Thanksgiving 2019 and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was fully equipped with almost everything we needed. We brought tinfoil food containers to make things simpler for cleaning up and taking our leftovers home (we're from Utah and had a 'staycation'), and used the dishes and utensils here. While we were here it snowed 15+ inches, so we had a lovely time relaxing by the fireplace and soaking in the hot tub while the flurries came down. We decided not to ski or sled because we can do that any time here and just settled in and enjoyed our time as a family playing games, watching favorite movies and TV shows. This home was a perfect place to do that! It has a nice homey-feel and was very clean and well taken care of. We definitely want to stay here again!

We came for a fall break and LOVED this house so much! It is such a charming place - we all felt like we were staying at a close relatives home. Once we got there the kids didn't want to leave - they loved the hot tub and getting cozy by the fire. We ate in for quite a few meals - the kitchen had everything we needed andI loved that there were even some cool recipe books. It was impeccably clean and we had plenty of towels/washcloths etc. We enjoyed the walk over to Main Street for pizza (we ended up at Main Street Pizza and Pasta (or something like that)) and ice cream. Sooo nice not to have to load the kids in the car! The reservation process was super easy - I just did it online. I talked to someone at the management a couple of times to arrange the free train ride - she was super nice and helpful. We have already booked our winter trip and we can't wait to come back for skiing!

The home is a very spacious 3 bedroom 4 full bath with two walk in showers and 2 bathtub showers. 2 Master bedrooms with king beds and the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds gave everyone in our family their own bedrooms and beds. The gas furnace really warmed up the house and there are also floor board heaters in each room individually controllable so everyone can be comfy, as well as a wood burning fireplace for the perfect ambiance. Upgraded kitchen and hot tub on the deck just to put the cherry on the sundae. Highly recommend this home away from home in the mountains.

Enjoy my Stay here, the house was 3 minute walk from town. Really clean and overall a really nice home.

Our group spent five nights at the house. Superb location with 1 minute walk to free bus that takes you to Town Lift, PCMR base, Canyons base and many other locations. No need to rent an SUV at the airport! House walkable to Main Street with many great restaurants and shops. Well appointed kitchen for cooking in -- tons of dishes, pots, platters, bowls, utensils, tools, spices. Much appreciated by the chefs in our group. large washer and dryer. Ample dining and living room areas. Comfy beds. Plenty of towels. Awesome hot water! The hot tub was a treat after a long day of skiing. All in all, a perfect week despite our best skier going down with ACL tear on a blue trail (after successfully navigating the 9990 peak). We'll be back.

The house is within walking distance of Main Street and several restaurants. The instructions on how to access the house and check in/check out procedures are very clear. This home was very comfortable, spacious and convenient for us and our two adult children and their spouses. Although we had cars, you can definitely walk to Main Street or catch a bus in front for the slopes. The home has lovely pine furniture and comfortable seating. We agree that the cable subscription needs an upgrade and some of the lamps need a little TLC. Overall it is a very charming home which we will definitely rent again!

This is the second time that we rented this condo for a family ski trip to Utah. We would stay here again. The kitchen has everything. There's plenty of bathrooms. We loved the hot tub. We were able to walk into Park City for dinner. There are steps to climb which were no problem for us. The cable package was minimal which is the only thing that kept this out of a 5 star rating.

The location was perfect. We could walk to Main St every night after skiing. Hot tub was nice. Would stay here again.

We had 3 couples stay here and there was more than enough room. You could have actually had 4 couples total since the downstairs has a pull-out couch in the "study." The location is amazing as it is right by the transit center which takes you to any of the local mountains while at the same time being a 5 minute walk to old town park city. If you are skiing Deer Valley then it is even better as the bus stop is right across the street from the house. I give it a 4 because there is a considerable amount of noise off the road. If you are a lite sleeper then it may not be the place for you.

The home was clean and welcoming. Plenty of room for the family to gather, yet we weren't on top of each other the whole time. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals - plenty of dishes and glasses for everyone. Be prepared for lots of stairs - they seemed pretty steep from the garage to the living area of the home, but we just sent the kids up & down for stuff once we got the luggage upstairs, so it wasn't bad. We plan to return!
