Occupancy, Gatherings & Quiet Hours
- Maximum Occupancy: The number of overnight guests and visitors may not exceed the property's stated occupancy limits.
- No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are generally 10:00 PM–6:00 AM unless otherwise specified in your check-in instructions. Please be considerate of neighbors at all times.
- Violations: Unauthorized gatherings, smoking, excessive noise, or occupancy violations may result in fines, additional charges, or termination of the reservation without refund, subject to applicable law and booking-platform policies.
Caring for the Home
This is a privately owned residence. Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care.
- Ski Boots: Remove ski and snowboard boots before entering the living areas to protect the floors. There is storage just inside the garage.
- Damage or Maintenance: Report accidental damage, broken items, or maintenance concerns promptly so we can address them.
- Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere inside the home or on the property.
