Our stay was fantastic! The unit was so comfortable with an unbeatable location steps from the base, lifts, ski school and ice skating rink. Actually, our view from the balcony was directly at the ice skating rink. I would definitely stay here again! Hosts were responsive and super helpful!

This was our first time to Park City. We enjoyed the location with many buses that offered free transit around town. The unit was on the older side and definitely needed some TLC. The screen door was broken, one of the stove burners didn‚Äôt work, the carpet and furnishings were quite old, no AC upstairs and it was very hot at night, no recycling, there were only two washers and dryers for the entire building of dozens of units, and the hot tub in our building was broken. We wouldn‚Äôt stay here again for the price.

The location is incredible and the amenities surrounding the property are excellent. Additionally, the property management company is engaging and responsive. All that said, this condo is tired. From worn out furniture to tired lumpy beds, moldy shower curtain liners, ceiling fans that haven‚Äôt been cleaned in years, and kitchen utensils that had food from the last guests - this place is in need of reinvestment. There are lots of great condos in this area. I‚Äôd look carefully for ones that understand that a premium price necessitates not only a 5-star location but also reinvestment and thoughtfulness around the guest experience.

First - the most important point - this property is located a 3 minute walk (in ski boots, carrying skis) from several lifts. Great for skiing. So - the good and the bad: Good: Location Very clean Well stocked with some incidentals and spices Love having the ice machine close by on the same floor iTrip managers responsive Covered parking in the garage is very nice. Bad: The downstairs bedroom does not have drapes, only a blind that is more like a shear. Gets very bright as soon as the sun comes up (the only reason it got 4 stars instead of five). Internet is open to anyone (no password) and is slow. Did not have a crockpot (but we bought one and left it there) All of the knives in the kitchen are dull, dull, dull.

There was a luggage cart in the parking garage but the elevator was a full flight of stairs above that. So we bumped our suitcases, and our boot bags, and our four grocery bags up the stairs and then the elevator. It took 2 trips. Phew! The unit was clean but quite dated. The master in the upstairs loft was very hot. All in all kind of a disappointment. Wouldn‚Äôt recommend.

The location was perfect!My 5 year old took ski school and it was an easy quick walk to the drop off location every day. In fact it was so easy and quick we‚Äôd drop him off and then go back to the condo to get our stuff and return to the lift in time to see him skiing away with his class.My son absolutely loved the pool tho it was a little annoying to have to walk outside to the other building. I would still choose the location just something to be aware of. I was happy we packed a bag that we could take clothes to wear on our walk to the pool.I echo the other reviews on the condo being a bit outdated.Overall we had a great time and the location and pool were fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. Location is so perfect. We were right at the base of the lifts for PC, and just up the stairs from the shuttle to travel to Deer Valley and downtown Main Street. The village and ice skating right at our fingertips was just what my family needed. The condo is small, square-footage, but one has to keep that in mind when choosing this place. Rental company was always checking in on us via text to make sure everything was smooth. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again

The location of this property was superb. It was perfect for skiing at Park City Mountain Resort. The underground parking was incredibly convenient, and it allowed us to keep our skis in our vehicle overnight rather than lugging them upstairs to the condo. The condo itself was "cozy". A bit dated, but very comfortable. There were two improvement opportunities: 1) The main stove burner did not work and there was not a decent non-stick pan for cooking. The only "non-stick" pan lost it's coating many years ago and needs to be upgraded. 2) We were provided the incorrect code to the building door in the initial welcome email. After trying the incorrect code 10 times while standing in the freezing cold at midnight, we were...on the second attempt...finally successful in contacting the building maintenance person who was able to provide the correct code. The rest of the trip went well, but I would suggest double-checking the code before communicating it to future clients. Here is the incorrect code we received in the welcome email... Enter the following code to get into the building: 2206 # 4 # 078122

The property could not have been any more convenient to the Park City Mountain Resort main lift area. Our only hiccup was that the property mgmt company provided an incorrect door code to enter the property. So, after trying this code 10 times in the freezing cold at midnight, we were finally able to contact the local maintenance manager and get the correct code. Property was cozy and comfortable...though a bit dated. Kitchen pans could use an upgrade. Main burner of stove did not work. Everything else was great!

Apt is so convenient and close to mountain for ski in ski out, we stay in this building always, with that said, this unit and building is however old, showers are horrible and water pressure terrible, very scorching hot and hard to get correct temperature with old handles and plumbing, needs major updating , very dated inside and beds downstairs are extremely uncomfortable, dishwasher didn't clean dishes either , very hot in loft, unlike a hotel, you don't get new towels, sheets or extra pillows when asked for , you need to reuse or go wash them yourselves down the hall, and you must use same towels for hot tub and pool so little less than conventional when you have a family of 5 staying in unit. I did get responses fast when needed something but didn't really help, and ps , you have to pull shower arm outward to get them to fully work but still were awful....sorry for review but honestly someone needs to tell owners to fix this place up for what it cost to rent...

This is a great location with less than a two minute walk to the lift. Unit is a little dated but quite comfortable. It is not a large space but was more than adequate for our family of four. Some noise issues when people were loud in the hallway but no bleed from other units. Parking directions were a bit confusing - the directions said to look for a sign above the garage that said ‚ÄúLowell‚Äù but it was actually a sign on the hotel next door that said ‚ÄúThe Lowell.‚Äù All in all a good expereince and would definitely rent again.

The property manager was quick at responding to questions before our stay. I didn‚Äôt need to reach out during our stay. Now, the bad: The facilities and unit need to be updated. The decor is about 25 years old. There is very little lighting. The upper loft is cluttered and isn‚Äôt completely closed off from the living room/kitchen area. That means that anyone sleeping can hear what‚Äôs going on in the living room and vise versa. There is no dryer in the unit and no air dryers for your wet ski equipment. There is a hot tub a few doors down from the unit but it is also quite dated and dirty looking. This is something the association should address, not the owner directly. The final item is the price. I wouldn‚Äôt nitpick these things if I didn‚Äôt pay an arm and a leg for them. I stayed at a busy weekend. Everything in the Park City area charged a huge premium but the price that was paid for this unit should have warranted a bit modern luxury. The unit has access to a pool, outdoor hot tub and a sauna but it should be noted that these are in a different building that requires you to walk outside to access.

The location of the property was very good, especially for ski in- ski out. We were allowed to check in early which was much appreciated. The indoor parking was great. The unit itself was pretty basic for the cost. The unit could use some new dishes and drinkware as chipped and sparce. The cookware as well could be updated as limited. The shades in living room and guest bedroom do not open completely. Some light maintenance is needed. Overall comfortable and enjoyed hot tub.

Unit 206 at Park City Mountain Lodge A was comfortable enough for a two couple Thanksgiving get away. Conveniently located ‚Äî easy walk to the ski lift and short drive to Park City‚Äôs Main Street and to Deer Valley. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. It was a bit of a challenge getting thermostats set correctly. First floor was cool during the day; the first floor and loft bedrooms too warm at night. Kitchen could use a bit of attention ‚Äî but not a show stopper if you have no plans to cook. Breakfast for four was a bit of a challenge. Four stars if you book at a reasonable price and don‚Äôt plan to cook. If you‚Äôre quoted an expensive rate and plan to cook, three stars.

The place was very clean. But I reserved this place because of the hot tubs. None of them were working accept the one on the top floor and there was no ventilation in the very small room and the lights didn‚Äôt work. You have to have a long code to get into the building, your room and the pool or hot tub areas. The itrip people that is who you communicate with were not helpful at all. They tried to give us activities to do for the inconveniences but most of them we were not able to do in a short period of time we were there. Will never stay here again!

None of the hot tubs worked or were out of service. There was drilling and banging during the day on another unit that you could hear clear as day. Very little stocking on like stocking supplies(shampoo, conditioner, soap) it‚Äôs just like if you stayed in a hotel. Other VRBO we have stayed at have stocked it so good and was amazing. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

We just stayed at this condo and we had a great experience! Great location, plenty of space for the two of us, pretty much everything you need. The only drawback from this building is there is not any ski lockers to store your equipment. But there is plenty of tiled space just inside the door with great hooks on the wall to hang jackets, gloves and such. Also the management company was quick to answer any questions we had via text! We will return!

The lodge is a great ski-in, ski-out location. It was a little difficult to find bc we didn‚Äôt know what building we were in. The accommodation fit our family of five well. The kitchen is very small so hard to make full meals. We walked to eat and to rent ski equipment. We were disappointed that the hot tub on floor 2 was not hot and the elevator was broken.

Great location, nice condo. Appreciated the hot water, no problem with using all 3 showers at once. Very frustrating to be in this nice of a location and having a COIN OPERATED Laundry. How about a credit card operated one or putting a change machine in there? They told me to walk to the 7-11 and beg them for change, 6 minute walk in single degree temps, nice. Hot tub was great, beds comfortable, all the basics covered, would stay here again.

We came to Utah fromTennessee to help our daughter move to SLC and decided to stay in Park City during part of our stay. Having never been here before, we were a little nervous finding a place to stay. Once we arrived we were so relieved and happy with the accommodations. We only had trouble with the lock codes as no one could remember the multiple numbers‚Ä¶thankful for cell phones!! The condo was very clean and inviting and the kitchen had plenty of supplies that met our needs. We hope to return soon to have more time to explore and enjoy the beautiful area!!

The room is spacious and fits our family of 6 perfectly. Clean and we‚Äôll take. Care of very convenient to the lifts. Super easy ski vacation w 4 kids. I would advocate for adding one baking sheet and one larger frying pan in the kitchen! Everything else is great. Check in was super easy.

Location is amazing but not enough to make me rebook this property. The condo was dirty, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and not well maintained. There were 6 of us and says it sleeps 7. We found it extremely crowded and couldn‚Äôt imagine where a 7th person would sleep. I would not recommend this property!

We would certainly stay here again. The fireplace and living area were so cozy to spend evenings in after a day on the mountain. It‚Äôs right by the bus stop. Hot tub on second and third floor were always clean and hot. So nice to walk to the ski lifts. Coffee maker was great - note that it needs conical coffee filters, not the normal ones. There were dishwasher tabs, paper towels, some condiments, a sponge, soap, and hotel style shower toiletries, provided which was another nice touch! We had some issues where the toilet didn‚Äôt flush, the shower handle was broken, the fireplace wouldn‚Äôt light and the extra sheets for the sofa bed were wet and smelly. However, all issues were remediated within 24h, so we were overall happy. Overall, place was quite clean. The ceiling fans are covered in dust which is a bit unpleasant to look up at, and there was a rotten apple left under the dishwasher, so maybe the cleaning is not as thorough as it could be (along with the wet smelly sheets previously mentioned). The instructions to park are definitely confusing, because they point you ‚Äúunder the plaza‚Äù, but someone new to town won‚Äôt know where the plaza is. Also, the wifi internet instructions tell you the WiFi password, but not which network to join. The instructions to the pool say they are ‚Äúacross from the skating rink‚Äù, but there are buildings surrounding the entire skating rink, so again, this needs to be more descriptive. We did eventually find it in the neighboring building. Thanks for a good stay and for helping us through our issues. Good customer service!

The condo was in good shape overall. There were three things that should be improved however: 1. The ceiling fans needed to be cleaned though - they were gross with accumulated dust on the fan blades - easily visible from the bed or sofa. I'm not a neat freak, but annual cleaning of these should be implemented. 2. The cookware was really not enough to make meals with - pans were too small for how many people the condo sleeps & the knives were really, really dull. 3. The iTrip directions to the unit were incorrect & unclear - and took us to the place next door, as they clearly stated the sign on the building we needed to be in - but that's the sign on the building next door. This delayed our entry to the unit more than 30 minutes after a 13 hour drive. Bummer. The condo wasn't quite as close to the lifts as advertised, but it was pretty close, and worked great for our familiy overall. I left a 5 star review on VRBO so as not to impact future rentals, but please address these 3 simple issues. Thanks!

Overall the property was fabulous! Property was clean. Very close to downtown and the ski lifts (even though we didn't ski Mountain Village this trip). Only downside was the laundromat and hot tub were both closed down during our stay but I'm sure that was due to COVID restrictions and not the property owners fault.

My 3 girlfriends and I stayed at this property for a girls weekend. The original listing said that parking was available but in the email we received prior to check in it said we were limited to 1 car/parking pass. We arrived late coming from the airport and it was frustrating trying to find parking for the extra car we had. We ended up parking at a lot 2 miles and had to shuttle people. Additionally, the check in email provided us with expired WiFi passwords. They had a number for WiFi support which we called and they couldn‚Äôt help us and told us to ask the ‚Äúfront desk‚Äù‚Ä¶. The next day finding the front desk took 30 minutes as we walked around looking and there was no signage. We talked to 3 businesses on the property before finding someone who knew where it might be and we found it. When we talked to the desk employee about the parking issue (the parking lot had a lot of open spots but we only had one pass) they told us that they give extra passes to their guests but because the condo we were staying in is privately managed they wouldn‚Äôt give us one. Super frustrating. They did help us get a correct WiFi password, but it kept logging out and required us to re-log in which was annoying. Meanwhile, every time we went into the building to get to our room we had to type in multiple access codes, which were somewhat long and annoying to look up. It was a little over the top. We walked by the hot tub on the way to our room but had no clue where the pool was. It wasn‚Äôt until we were packing up to leave that we saw a note on the back side of a door that had information about where to find things. All of this information should have been in the original email, not on the bottom of some emergency exit sign. The first day I went to take a shower I opened up my ‚Äúclean‚Äù towel and there were face shaped makeup marks all over the inside of the folded/rolled towel. Gross. Other towels were still damp as if they hadn‚Äôt been in the dryer long enough which led me to believe that the dry towel was only dry because it hadn‚Äôt been switched out and was, in fact, dirty/previously used. In terms of location, it was great. We walked over and rode the Alpine slide and were back within 30 minutes. This place met our needs but, honestly, none of us would stay there again. Having visited Park City multiple times, there are a lot of other places at this price point that are better.

We were surprised with the amount of attractions, restaurants, shops, hiking trails, etc. that were within walking distance or a short (free) bus ride away. Lots of fun things to explore. Ten minutes walking to downtown Park City. Note that the loft is open (via a few small openings with shutters) to the living room/kitchen, so bring a white noise machine or earplugs to block out the noise if you have early risers and late sleepers in your group.

Overall it was perfect for us. Waze will take you to the wrong garage entrance for P1, go past the ice rink and use that entrance. Verify wifi codes aren't expired on the check-in email. Will take up to 4+ hours to get an updated one. Kitchen is fully stocked, but be sure to bring garbage bags and swim towels. No map for the property, may take a bit of exploring to find pool. But it is a great setup once you do. Everything you need is close by and walkable, or a short drive. Would stay again for sure.

The Lodge At Park City Mountain Village is the best place ever for vacation in Park City! It's a short walk to ski lifts, in the middle of everything! Restaurants, cafes, stores, ice skating... We also rented our skis in Legacy Sports: free overnight ski storage was just next door! The condo was perfect, very spacious with comfortable rooms and all we need! We also used the Hot Tub every day after a long day of skiing :-) I hope we could come here again!

1. We were told we would receive an email when the unit was ready. We never received it but entered at the prescribed 4:00 PM check-in time. 2. We did not receive a parking pass required for the structure as it was stolen by previous guest. On-site property manager stated that they are not responsible for the unit we stayed in so he could not issue a pass. The unit owner's manager told us to simple put a note in the car, but we had to check on the car daily and frequently to be sure it was not towed. 3. The unit was not clean. There was an old piece of food under the dishwasher that could be seen from the family room. There was peanut butter, or similar material, smeared on the stair case baseboard area. There was what looked like a booger smeared on the downstairs bedroom closet door. We had towels from prior tenant on the ground outside our door for our entire stay. 3. We had people partying next door to 2:00 AM. We knocked on the door several times and tried to reach the resident manager and the owner's manager to resolve it with no luck. We finally had to call the police. 4. Overall there is no real management of this property. If you have a problem with the unit...it is your problem.

Unfortunately due to the storm in Denver our flight out of Nashville was canceled and could not get another flight out due to it being spring break and all other flights being booked we tried for two days to rebook we would have driven but our route would take us through the storm that closed Denver. I would love to give this a five star rating but did not get to take our trip. It would have been my niece and nephews first big trip and first time skiing. We are making bigger plans for next year with lessons learned from this fiasco. We hope we can get the room we were supposed to have, for next years trip.

So my post is based on the management company mainly. When we arrived there was an issue with the unit that required us to be moved to another unit. The company iTrip was responsive immediately, helped us through the situation, made it right and we ended up having a wonderful trip. The original unit was in solid condition and access to the lifts was awesome. Will definitely look to rent there again.

Location was perfect! Couldn't get any better. The condo was ok. The lighting was awful and it was hard to see in the bedrooms. The kitchen was tiny. The matress and pillows were horrible. The shower curtain was moldy and one of the chairs was broken. We contacted management about the chair and they were there the next day to fix it. Management was quick to respond when we had questions. Because of the location, we would stay here again.

The condo was cozy and perfect for four adults. We had good communication with the management, there was a problem in the bathroom, and the management fixed it immediately. Anything we needed, the communication was great. The condo was well located and I found the kitchen to be too small to cook, but other than that it was perfect.

We stayed in unit 206. Over all the condo was clean and comfortable. There was mold on the shower liners, I called the manager and new ones were installed. The management team was very friendly and receptive to any requests. We needed more towels and they were brought to us the same day. The kitchen is tiny and well equipped, but we did not cook there. The condo is small and cozy, it was perfect for of group of four adults.

It was a nice, very basic condo. It was a little dated but had everything we needed. Perfect for 3 or 4 people but it would be crowded with any more people. The 2 downstairs bathrooms need new shower liners. It would be nice if there were instructions for using and accessing Netflicks. The tv was rather confusing. Also, the front leg of the living room chair was broken. It was a great location to easily get on the slopes and overlooks the ice skating rink which was lovely!! Loved the underground parking garage too!

There‚Äôs so much space in the condo, with a great view of the mountains. There‚Äôs hiking trails within walking distance in the warmer days, and the slopes are a minute walk away in the winter. We enjoyed watching the ice skaters at night, and watch the snow fall from the balcony. Main Street is a short drive or bus ride away, maybe a quarter mile away. The access to gym and hot tub bring tons of value as well. If you‚Äôre looking to stay in Park City, this spot is one of the best, giving so many opportunities to access the area. We had a wonderful 2bedroom, 3 bath condo in Park City. It was located where you could walk down town or take the free shuttle all over town. A lot of the stores were not open but the mountains were beautiful.

Great location for mountain biking and trail running (or skiing if you come during the winter), with a 15-minute walk to downtown Park City. If you‚Äôre looking to be in the middle of "everything", I‚Äôd recommend staying downtown. The space is clean and comfortable, with strong Wi-Fi and north facing balcony. Arrival instructions were somewhat unclear, and our keyless entry codes were wrong, causing delay. The ice maker in the building is not functional most of the time so buy ice. The TVs have limited cable channels and we were otherwise unable to play movies, sign into Netflix, Disney+, etc., or connect via HDMI cable to play from laptops. Then again, we were there for the outdoors so it wasn‚Äôt a big deal‚Ä¶but note that if you‚Äôre into TV. I recommend this listing if you‚Äôre looking to be right up at the ski resort.

We came to Park City to escape the Phoenix heat and absolutely loved the location relative to the local area hiking! Our favorite trail had to be CMG (Crescent Mine Grade) Trail to Jenni`s (Lower) Trail - Loop right out the back door! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

It took an hour of looking to find the property and communicating with Mandy who did her best but was new to the property and in Seattle. When we found the property it had not been cleaned even though vacant for a few days. The local manager was elsewhere and unavailable. We took a hotel room which i-trip reimbursed us for. The condo was cleaned the next afternoon. The property is easy to to get around and the garage parking is nice. The property has what is needed for cooking and living comfortably. A small table on the deck would be nice for that glass of wine! They provided all the cleaning materials and a small vacuum which was nice. A swiffer would be helpful as well. All in all a pleasant stay but insure the property is clean prior to arriving. Mandy was a pleasure to work with under the circumstances but needs familiarization with the area.
