THE HOME
The main family room features vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, a gas fireplace, a smart HDTV, and an open connection to the kitchen and dining area.
The recently refreshed kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous prep space for group meals.
Downstairs, a second family room with a large sectional, Smart TV, and Xbox gives larger groups another place to gather or spread out. It is particularly useful for multiple families or different generations traveling together.
The private hot tub sits outside on a covered patio, making it easy to enjoy after skiing even when the snow is coming down.
Skis and snowboards can be stored in the garage or entry area, keeping winter gear organized and out of the main living spaces.
LOCATION & SKI ACCESS
Park City Mountain Village is about a 3 to 5 minute downhill walk from the home, putting skiing, lessons, rentals, and après-ski within easy reach without requiring a car.
When snow conditions permit, experienced skiers may be able to ski back toward the home via the Kings Crown area. This route is unmarked, ungroomed, and not appropriate for beginners, and it still requires a short walk to the home. Ski-back access is conditions-dependent and should never be considered guaranteed.
Historic Main Street is about a 10-minute walk for restaurants, galleries, shopping, nightlife, and the Egyptian Theatre. The walk from the home is downhill; the return is uphill.
With both Park City Mountain and Main Street within walking distance, many guests can leave the car parked for much of their stay. Park City’s free transit system provides additional connections throughout town, including Deer Valley and Canyons Village.
In summer, the same Old Town location provides convenient access to Park City Mountain activities, hiking, biking, Main Street, and seasonal events.
PARKING & GOOD TO KNOW
Parking is available for two vehicles in tandem: one in the private garage and one in the driveway directly behind it. You must move the driveway vehicle before the garage vehicle can leave.
The home spans three levels. Guests enter at the garage level and descend through the home by stairs. There is no elevator, so the property may not be the best fit for guests with limited mobility.
Additional amenities include mini-split air conditioning throughout, high-speed WiFi, full-size in-home laundry, Smart TVs, and self check-in.
