THE HOME

The main family room is the central gathering space, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a gas fireplace for evenings after skiing.

A second family room gives larger groups valuable extra space, whether traveling with multiple families or different generations.

The updated kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, keeping the group connected during meals and evenings at home.

Outside, the private hot tub sits on the patio.

For ski days, the garage provides storage for skis and snowboards along with dedicated boot and glove dryers, so gear stays organized and ready for the next morning.

LOCATION

Park City Mountain Village is approximately 250 yards away, making it easy to walk to the base area for skiing, rentals, lessons, and après-ski.

Historic Main Street is about a 10-minute walk for restaurants, shopping, galleries, and nightlife.

With both the mountain and Main Street within walking distance, many guests can leave the car parked for much of their stay. Park City’s free transit system also provides connections throughout town.

In summer, the Old Town location provides convenient access to hiking, mountain biking, Main Street, and Park City Mountain’s seasonal activities.
