Market Update (May 2025): Major Growth Ahead in Jordanelle & Deer Valley East Village

The Jordanelle and Deer Valley East Village area is on track for substantial growth over the next several years. According to a recent TownLift article, more than 6,000 new residential and hotel units are planned, including:

  • 3,240 townhomes and condos
  • 1,267 single-family homes
  • 1,687 hotel and condo-hotel units

MIDA projects that more than 90% of this expansion will be completed within the next decade—well ahead of the 2034 Winter Olympics.
